Step 01 · Operations Center

The deviation shows up before the call.

The supervisory system reads generation and the balance of plant all the time. When the curve drifts from expected, the Operations Center opens the failure record and logs milestone T0. Nobody has to notice the problem at the end of the shift.

Calculated criticality

There is no manual criticality field on emergency requests. Calculated loss defines criticality and SLA. It is the hardest argument to copy.

Six milestones, zero typing

T0 to T5: Operations Center triage, planning triage, agreed SLA, repair time and MTTR all come from the milestones. A typed indicator is an opinion; a derived one is an audit trail.

52-week preventive plan

Cleaning, thermography and inspection on the calendar, no improvisation. Three or more recurrences in 90 days opens a failure analysis with 5W2H.

Offline field app

The technician executes along the route, with a digital checklist and photo evidence. Works with no signal.
