This page explains what data Zyron collects through the website, why, and what you can request about it. It applies to every form on zyronos.com.
What we collect
In the demo, trial and simulation forms: name, e-mail, phone, company, role, operation profile and, when you provide it, the size of the portfolio. In the simulator, also the parameters you choose and the calculated result.
What for
To answer what you asked for (the demo, the trial or the simulation) and for the sales team to get in touch about it. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, and your consent for the contact.
Who we share it with
With the provider that delivers e-mails (Resend) and, if you open a conversation, with WhatsApp. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for other purposes.
For how long
While the sales conversation lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal duty requires longer.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or that we stop contacting you at any time, at contato@zyronos.com. We answer within 15 days.
Cookies
The site does not use tracking cookies. The only data kept in your browser is display preferences.
